Privacy Policy

RokeShyft is provided by Programleaf LLC (“Programleaf,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use RokeShyft, why we collect it, and who we share it with. If anything here is unclear, write to legal@rokeshyft.com and we'll answer directly.

What we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you create or join an organization, we also store the organization's name, its members, and their roles.

What you search. The subjects, items, and questions you type in — including free-text descriptions if you use a feature that takes a personal situation or open-ended request rather than a named subject. We may send derivations of your query or its entirety to third party search and AI partners to generate your result.

Usage data. How many searches you've run against your usage limit, and basic technical logs (including IP address) used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

Feedback you send us. If you use an in-product feedback form, we store what you submit so we can act on it.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. To keep you signed in, RokeShyft stores a session token in an httpOnly cookie that your browser sends back to us automatically and that scripts (ours or anyone else's) can't read — not a tracking cookie, and not shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed to make the product work, and nothing else:

  • AI model providers receive your search content in order to research and write your result. We evaluate and change which providers handle which part of the pipeline over time, always under each provider's own data-use terms for API customers.
  • Web search providers receive search terms derived from your query so results can be grounded in real, current pages rather than a model's own memory.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that run our servers and database, under standard hosting agreements.
  • A payment processor — if and when we introduce paid plans. RokeShyft is free to use today; if that changes, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor acting as our merchant of record, and we'll say so clearly before anything is charged.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to legal@rokeshyft.com. We'll respond and act on deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain something (for example, to prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation).

Children

RokeShyft is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date above. We won't reduce your rights over past data without your consent.
